The Business Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of The Rep, ensuring accuracy and consistency across cash receipts, deposits, and credit card transactions. Working across departments, including the Box Office and Development, this role supports core accounting functions such as accounts payable, payroll administration, and reconciliation, while also providing essential administrative support. This position is critical to maintaining the integrity of financial processes and supporting the organization’s overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and process cash receipts across departments, including Box Office and Development, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and timely deposits.
- Reconcile daily transactions, including credit card activity and bank reports, maintaining accuracy across accounting systems.
- Support accounts payable by entering invoices, verifying payments, and coordinating vendor transactions.
- Assist with payroll administration, including employee setup, data tracking, and weekly processing support.
