Travel Center Store Manager

LV Petroleum is a leading operator in the fuel and convenience store industry, known for delivering high quality service and maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for customers nationwide. We are seeking a strong and experienced Store Manager to lead operations.

• You will oversee all daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and store presentation ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment for customers and team members.
• You will lead, recruit, hire, and train a high performing team while building a culture of accountability, strong customer service, and consistent execution. You will coach and develop employees to maintain high standards and support long-term success.
• You will focus on delivering an excellent customer experience by creating a welcoming environment, addressing customer needs, and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.
• You will drive store performance by supporting sales growth, implementing promotions, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met to achieve business goals.
• You will manage reporting including sales performance, inventory tracking, and employee performance metrics to support operational decisions and leadership reviews.
• You will ensure full compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations including health, safety, and operational requirements.

• Strong leadership experience in convenience store, travel center, or retail operations.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Experience with inventory control, cash management, and store operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions.
• Experience with sales goals and operational reporting preferred.

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and work with budgets.
• Comfortable working with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to stand for long periods and traverse the store as needed.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment effectively.
