• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications and customer orders.
• Ensure all meat products meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
• Operate cutting tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect meat for defects or spoilage and remove any unsuitable products.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.

• Proficient in meat cutting techniques and use of related tools.
• Knowledge of meat safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
