Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow Choice Books’ presence and sales in an assigned territory. This role is all about building strong long-term relationships with retailer’s store and district managers, finding new opportunities, and helping existing accounts succeed. You’ll work closely with store and district managers in collaboration with our National Sales Manager to identify areas of growth.

This position covers the areas of Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and part of Nebraska.

$56K-$62K with opppotunity for additional incentive pay (typically $2K - $6K annually)

• Build and grow relationships with existing retail partners
• Visit stores to review displays, product performance, and opportunities to increase sales
• Develop trust with store and district managers and stay connected on performance
• Identify and pursue new retail locations that are a strong fit for Choice Books
• Help set up or remove displays as needed
• Present and support promotional opportunities, especially for Christmas and Easter
• Provide great customer service by resolving issues and collaborating with internal teams
