Work Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Retail Store Assistant responsible for daily operations of the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, receiving, pricing, stocking, and inventory management. Supports the manager and participates in visual merchandising and in‑house delivery duties.

• Open and close store following procedures, including cash drawer open and reconciliation.
• Receive, price, stock, and manage inventory, and enter new products into the system.
• Process transactions on the register for in‑store and electronic purchases.
• Assist manager with inventory reports and visual merchandising of floor displays.
• Deliver goods to the dock and perform manual in‑house deliveries to southern locations.
• Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues through phone and in‑person interactions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• No experience required; preferred prior retail experience.

• Numerical ability for cash handling, inventory calculations, and price setting.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals and maintain a caring, professional demeanor.
• Retail merchandising skills to keep floor displays fresh and inviting.
