About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, and supporting customers with garment care, presentation and a clean sales floor. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to deliver the best customer experience.
Day in the Life- Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers, supporting them with direct customer service and the OMNI experience where available.
- Engage customers in conversations to provide excellent service.
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products.
- Effectively promote and sell products.
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent the H&M brand positively during all interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products and competitors.
- Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
- Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements.
- Give and receive feedback with colleagues.
- Participate in onboarding, training and courses relevant to your role.
- Complete garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensure garment care.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas following best practice.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.
- Support garment presentation, maintain attractive displays, clear trends & stories.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines.
- Maintain in‑store OMNI services and tech tools.
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Follow health & safety guidelines and legal requirements.
- Passionate about fashion and providing great customer experiences.
- Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, action‑oriented.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Sales experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Experience in customer‑service roles in fashion, retail or related industries.
