Demonstrate knowledge of meat safety, sanitation, and inventory management;
Cut, wrap, grind, trim, and package meat products to established standards;
Utilize handheld technology to assist with production decisions and improve the shopping experience;
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled meat area in compliance with policies.
