Job Overview
As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.
Salary and Schedule Details- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $15.00-$17.00 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
- Paid training includes live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.
- Hallmark part‑time employees are offered voluntary benefits including medical, dental, vision, and other coverage.
- Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
- This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours: 6-10 hours per week.
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
This physically demanding role requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.
Basic Qualifications- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to read documents.
- Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
- Consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores.
