About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store. You will utilize fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience and support garment refill, care, and presentation. Working closely with the store team, you will help maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house area, contributing to an outstanding customer experience.

Typical daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service and guiding customers through the store and omni‑experience where available.
- Engaging in conversations with customers to deliver outstanding service.
- Presenting fashion trends, stories, and products throughout the store.
- Effectively promoting and selling products to meet sales targets.
- Promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Representing the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Supporting commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
- Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
- Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all store areas.
- Provide and receive feedback to learn, develop, and support each other.
- Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses relevant for your role and future development.
- Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care.
- Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best‑practice processes.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
- Support garment presentation, execution, and attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Follow best practices for omni‑services and in‑store tech services/tools.
- Assist with opening and closing the store.
- Adhere to H&S guidelines and legal requirements relevant to your role and responsibilities.
- Passionate about fashion and delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, creativity, curiosity, motivation, flexibility, decisiveness, and action‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in a dynamic, collaborative retail environment with a focus on customer service.
- Previous sales experience in fashion, retail, or related service industries.
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $15.50 per hour.
