Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also maintain and arrange home displays throughout the day.
