Compensation

Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Work primarily in the backroom.
• Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Possibly operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.

• Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts is desirable.
