Accounts Receivable Payment Processing Tech

This position will be responsible for scanning the payments mailed to the Corporate Office and assisting customers with invoice copy requests and billing statement questions.

• Verify handwritten payment amounts that are not readable by software.
• Balance payment applications by selecting the transactions the customer is paying on their account(s).
• Research past payment applications to verify correctness.
• Document adjustments required for payment application.
• Review and complete any additional requests received from customers.

• High school diploma.
• Excellent keyboard skills (10‑key by touch).
