MEAT CLERK

Food 4 Less -  - Responsibilities:
Manage meat department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, and safety; supervise inventory preparation and department financial goals; ensure cleanliness and safe use of equipment.;
Support meat department replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, and inventory preparation.;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotating displays, signing, sampling, and overall department procedures.;
Uphold safety and quality by following procedures and maintaining equipment; emphasize high-quality products and services.;
Build relationships with customers and colleagues, model Harps’ values, and provide exceptional customer service in line with the SMILE program.
