Sales Executive

Overview

The Encompass Group is partnering with an established organization in Springfield, Missouri to hire a Sales Executive focused on capital equipment solutions.

This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven sales role for someone who knows how to navigate long sales cycles, work with decision makers, and close complex equipment deals.

• Develop and manage relationships with executives, facilities leaders, and decision makers
• Drive full-cycle sales of capital equipment from prospecting through close
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and solution presentations
• Build proposals, manage bids, and negotiate contracts
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets
• Travel locally to meet with clients and build long-term partnerships

• Experience selling capital or technical equipment
• Strong consultative sales approach and presentation skills
• Comfortable working with long sales cycles and large deal sizes
• Self-starter who can manage a territory independently
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
