💰 $65,000–$80,000 base salary + 15% of revenue produced
🎯 Year 1 on-track earnings ≈ $100K+ with a successful ramp
We’re hiring a Financial Advisor on behalf of our client, a growing independent RIA in Springfield, MO.
This is a true lead-provided advisor role
.
No prospecting. No cold calling.
Just great client conversations and a full calendar.
What you’ll do- ✔️ Run scheduled prospect meetings using a consultative planning framework
- ✔️ Close new business through a proven “selling without selling” process
- ✔️ Partner with a strong service team and in-house specialists
- ✔️ Participate in workshops and, over time, become part of the teaching team
- 🔹 3+ years in a client-facing advisor role (or comparable consultative sales)
- 🔹 Fully licensed and ready to step in quickly
- 🔹 Strong closer who’s coachable and process-driven
- 🔹 Onsite in Springfield, MO (no hybrid/remote)
- ✅ Leads & appointments are provided — your calendar is the job
