Job Summary

The Automotive Professional Sales position at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is a full-time, commissioned role in the automotive industry. The role is an individual contributor position based in Springfield, Missouri. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to potential customers and providing exceptional customer service. This is a high‑paced and rewarding position with opportunities for career growth and development.

This is a commissioned sales position with potential earnings of $55,000 to $125,000 per year, paid semi‑monthly. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide information and guidance to customers about available vehicles and features
• Conduct test drives to showcase the features and capabilities of vehicles
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the dealership
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends, new features and models, and competitors’ offerings
• Attend sales training and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment
• Proficient in using technology and software systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
