Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base in a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where they deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour until assigned a route
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek
• Majority of work with no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• A High School diploma, GED or Military Service
• A strong customer service orientation
• Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team‑based environment to meet goals
