Position Summary

The Service Business Development Representative supports both sales and service departments by managing incoming inquiries and coordinating appointments. This role involves receiving inbound phone calls and internet queries, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks to support dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed ones
  • Coordinate communication between customers and appropriate staff members
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain accurate hot sheets
  • Confirm special order parts and follow up on phone and internet sales leads
  • Maintain required paperwork, records, and prepare documentation as needed
  • Provide administrative support to sales and service teams
Working Environment

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus

  • Highly professional, dependable, and organized
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficiency with computers, internet, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous
