Salary Potential: 50k‑140k – Earn hourly wage + monthly commission + weekly cash‑bonuses. $18 per hour for 40 hour pay plan available.

• Learn & execute the ten selling steps
• Assist new and returning clients with the purchase of a pre‑owned or new vehicle
• Communicate with Sales Manager during every transaction
• Communicate with customers in a straightforward, honest manner before, during and after the sale
• Log and update CRM every day and clear assigned leads
• Assist in daily activities to keep dealership, lot, and surrounding area up to standard
