Pay: $70,000 – $150,000+ per year, average. Top performers making $200,000+.

Supplemental pay: bonus opportunities.

• This is a 1099 commission-based position. Compensation averages $70,000 – $150,000+ per year.

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding, and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payment
• Manage the project from start to finish
• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid driver’s license
• Self‑starting attitude, go‑getter
• Coachable, disciplined, self‑motivated
• Reliable transportation; must carry a ladder; company trucks available for general use during business hours
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check on file
• Cell phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in, outside door‑to‑door sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50 lbs
• Able to walk on a roof and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal‑oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
