Job ScopeThis is a customer‑facing, performance‑driven role. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions, handling both inbound and outbound conversations. You will ask follow‑up questions and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.
This role requires someone who is comfortable:
- handling hesitation or rejection
- making outbound calls
- staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times
- Stay positive and engaged, even when customers hesitate or say no
- Ask follow‑up questions instead of ending conversations
- Build confidence quickly through practice and coaching
- Take feedback and apply it immediately

- 40‑hour work week – Monday through Saturday
- Branch hours:
Mon – Fri 10am‑6pm, Sat 9am‑1pm - Sunday off
- Pay rate $15.00 - $15.94 per hour
- Monthly bonus potential
- Customer service, sales, or collections experience
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Satisfactory completion of pre‑employment screenings
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
