Job Overview

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Expand customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services (outside of the store at sponsored events).

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour. Successful sales can earn up to $18,000 a year in commissions. Top performers may earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, giving total annual earnings of $65,000‑$75,500+ depending on geography, hours worked, and performance. A $2,500 sign‑on bonus is available subject to terms and conditions.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance).
• Openness to additional shifts and income opportunities during peak periods.
• Experience in a commission‑based environment (preferred).
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
