Job Summary

As a Door to Door Sales Representative, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. You will work in a constantly changing consumer landscape, providing customers with a memorable experience while guiding them through our full suite of products and services, including high‑speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies.

Your effort will support the growth of the company through customer acquisition and retention, and you will be eligible to earn a lucrative compensation plan.

Responsibilities
  • Customized Solutions: Assess each customer’s unique needs and craft tailored telecom packages.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all offerings, pricing plans, and technologies.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive field sales presentations, addressing concerns and objections.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately.
  • Relationship Building: Provide post‑sales support and create lasting customer relationships.

  • Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk as required.
  • Availability for full‑time employment.
