About the Role

Suitebriar is seeking a Customer Growth Manager – Google Workspace to manage a portfolio of existing customers and drive subscription renewals, account expansion, and long-term customer success.

This is a quota-carrying role responsible for protecting and growing recurring revenue across an assigned customer base.

The Customer Growth Manager will:

  • Ensure on-time renewals and strong retention rates
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Drive adoption of new capabilities including Gemini AI, advanced Workspace editions, and security features
  • Partner closely with Google account teams and Suitebriar technical specialists

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers while also driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Customer Retention & Renewals
  • Manage a portfolio of existing Google Workspace customers
  • Lead renewal conversations and ensure timely contract renewals
  • Optimize subscription structures, licensing tiers, and contract terms
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Monitor account health and proactively address potential churn risks
Account Expansion & Growth
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Expand deployments of Google Workspace, Gemini AI, and related solutions
  • Partner with technical specialists to demonstrate new capabilities
  • Develop account plans to grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Maintain pipeline and forecasting in CRM
  • Conduct discovery calls, customer reviews, and executive briefings
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and pricing recommendations
  • Negotiate contracts and manage deal cycles
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
Partner & Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with Google Cloud sales teams on joint account strategies
  • Coordinate with Suitebriar technical architects and delivery teams
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns targeting existing customers
  • Maintain awareness of new Google Workspace features and product releases
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or renewals
  • Experience in quota-carrying sales roles
  • Strong relationship-building and customer communication skills
  • Ability to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SaaS productivity platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud or cloud partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with technology resellers, VARs, or consulting partners
  • Experience selling security, AI, or cloud collaboration solutions
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders

Compensation (California)

Suitebriar offers competitive compensation designed to reward both customer retention and account expansion.

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$170,000 – $210,000

Typical structure:

$100,000 – $130,000

Commission

$70,000 – $80,000

Total OTE

$170,000 – $210,000

Compensation will vary based on experience, location, and qualifications.

Commission incentives reward both renewal performance and new revenue expansion within existing accounts.
