Position OverviewAs a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with business owners, identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and acquiring new customers within your assigned territory. This is an entry‑level position with paid training and a clear path for advancement into leadership and management roles.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide hands‑on training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities- Prospect and engage small and medium‑sized businesses within assigned territories
- Meet face‑to‑face with business owners and decision‑makers
- Present products and services that help businesses improve operations and growth
- Generate new leads and develop business relationships
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
- Follow up with potential clients and existing customers
- Track daily activities, appointments, and sales performance
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
- Participate in daily training, coaching, and team development sessions
- Represent clients and Lead Sphere Solutions with professionalism and integrity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation preferred
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, military, or leadership experience is a plus but not required
