Job Overview
Manage all B2B sales activities within a specific territory. Regular consultative contact with every account to grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales with existing customers and a heavy emphasis on obtaining new customers and sharing the Henry Schein value messaging.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals by actively participating and executing key sales initiatives and programs.
- Direct sales activities within the territory through coordination of all team selling.
- Develop, manage, and increase Merchandise, Equipment, and Service sales in the territory, including face‑to‑face consultative contact and regular customer business reviews.
- Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Plan, organize, and implement effective strategies using company programs, tools, and initiatives to increase market share in Merchandise, Equipment, Service and Henry Schein Solutions (Henry Schein One, Henry Schein Practice Solutions, etc.).
- Attend all sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, internal training programs, and industry events as instructed by Regional Manager to promote event selling and deepen customer relationships.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

At least 2 years prior sales experience preferred.
Preferred EducationTypically a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.

This position requires extensive travel within a specific geographic territory assignment. No special physical demands required.
