Responsibilities

  • Lead the AMAX-client relationship.
  • Provide advanced computing solutions tailored to customers’ unique business applications (research and business analysis will often be required).
  • Identify market opportunities and conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences. Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into actionable plans and specifications.
  • Diligently hunt & prospect new customers through targeted outreach, networking, and cold calling.
  • Provide accurate, prompt, and thorough responses to customers’ product needs and inquiries and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and AMAX.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of products and services.
  • Adhere to the company's strategic direction and engage in our marketing initiatives to support the promotion of our products and solutions.
  • Achieve annual quota as assigned.
  • Customer visits are required; travel as needed.
  • Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • IT/HPC/Cloud Computing/Server background or related industry strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop, execute, and realize strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation ability a must.
  • Driven to meet aggressive goals and deliverables with integrity and accountability.
