In this position, you’ll be the first line of connection between interested potential clients and our team of expert advisors. You’ll handle warm leads only (no cold calling!) and focus on building quick rapport, asking the right questions, and setting appointments for our licensed agents. Think of yourself as the bridge between curiosity and coverage—minus the boring part.

This is a high‑energy, high‑activity role that includes making 300+ calls per day, completing accurate data entry, and staying organized while juggling multiple tasks. You’ll also help coordinate follow‑ups and priorities for licensed agents, ensuring every client gets a smooth and professional handoff.
