Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Consultant - Account Manager in the Springfield, MO area to manage your own local portfolio and build lasting customer relationships.

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, positioning KONE as a trusted advisor.
• Identify and sell complex, technology‑driven solutions that meet customer needs and support their growth.
• Utilize KONE’s industry‑leading support and CRM tools to track opportunities and deliver results.
• Collaborate across the organization, working with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and customer success.
• Participate in continuous learning programs and apply a solution‑selling methodology such as Sandler.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in a professional services or technology environment.
• Strong track record of building professional customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and use technological tools, including CRM systems.
• Ambition to continually learn and grow within the sales profession.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
