Job Overview

On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options. This is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.

• Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach.
• Participate in community events and support community engagement.
• Fill online orders and conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends, and adhere to monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, remain flexible and open to change, and stay current with evolving technology and new ways to meet customer needs.
• Utilize tools, training, and coaching provided to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Hourly pay between $17.12 and $21.50 plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
• Potential to earn up to $62,460 annually for top sellers with uncapped commission opportunities.
