Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships in the healthcare sector. This individual will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, demonstrating products, and delivering exceptional service to healthcare providers and partners.

This position is remote but will be based out of Northern California, covering territory North of Fresno.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate new sales leads within the target market.
  • Engage with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services, including hospital beds and related equipment.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Assemble and deliver medical equipment to customer sites, ensuring proper setup and use.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing post-sale issues and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing and former clients to promote new products and updates.
  • Accurately enter customer and deal information into CRM systems in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs for management.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Facilitate account setup with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
  • Collaborate with external consultants and partners to support business growth.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting to manage customer credit and payment terms.
  • Conduct market research to inform new product development.
  • Contribute to team success by mentoring peers and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including FDA, HIPAA, and the Sunshine Act.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to present and demonstrate products effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards (FDA, HIPAA, Sunshine Act).

Base: $100k + commission
