Job Description

SALES PROFESSIONAL – Move to the Ozarks! Closer to fishing beautiful lakes and rivers, hunting in the gorgeous Ozark hills and hollers, and driving to work without rush hour. AND, speaking of work, have a great sales job where prospects are delivered to your conference table ready to talk. If you have proven sales success in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, financial or insurance products, or technical goods this career opportunity in Springfield and/or Joplin might be ideal for you.

Wealth Care Retirement Solutions is looking for two mature professionals with demonstrable success that will translate into consultative selling of high value retirement planning cases in Springfield and Joplin. Our highly-relational, well-crafted process executes over a six‑month sales cycle and not one-and‑done. Prospects are attracted by television, radio, and webinar, and delivered to your conference table. No cold prospecting is required though teaching an educational workshop one or two nights per month is expected.

Compensation is salary plus production pay. Success will result in six‑figure compensation the first year, $175K in year two, and growth from there, on top of annual award travel.
