About the Role

Capital Vacations is a growing hospitality company offering a robust vacation ownership program. This In‑House Sales Associate leads guest tours of model units, aiming to convert guests into Vacation Club Owners or upgrade existing owners’ memberships.

• Present and inform guests of the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
• Coordinate with the Manager to present financial options for potential ownership.
• Complete other assigned duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in resort sales preferred.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule.
• Ability to travel for road shows up to 25.

• Shift includes weekends and holidays.
• Regular hours, with weekend coverage.

• Highly compensated with weekly commissions and opportunities for monthly bonuses.
