Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options on the sales floor.
• Participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and embrace change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.

Our Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $17.12‑$21.50 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities allow top sellers to earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
