The role of a Multi‑Media Sales Executive involves developing and increasing sales volume for TV and digital revenue, prospecting new business, and managing the full sales cycle.

• Prospect, qualify, close, and grow new business.
• Continuously learn and implement new strategies and products.
• Manage order entry, contracts, follow‑up, and collections.
• Assist in production of client creative elements.
• Advocate for our products and programs.
• Maintain a service‑centric attitude toward coworkers, prospects, and clients.
• Implement strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed revenue goals.
• Hold meaningful conversations with decision makers and build credible relationships in the business community.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Understand and educate customers on TV and digital advertising products.
• Provide rate information for advertising placement on television and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and station personnel to develop advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Stay knowledgeable of market trends and the media landscape in the Greater Ozarks area.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Overachiever with a passion for teamwork and independent presentation development.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with popular social media and digital platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to make decisions without supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Background check required.

Work environment requires a high‑stress, deadline‑driven setting. Candidate must be comfortable making decisions without supervision.
