The purpose of the Sales & Campaign Coordinator is to perform all sales administrative functions occurring before and after the contract phase of the sales cycle. This includes prospecting new customer leads, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and coordinating the execution of advertising campaigns sold by the sales team. Other tasks may be assigned by Account Executives, the Sales Manager, and/or the General Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Pre
    - Contract:

  • Prospecting new customer leads for the sales team.

  • Preparing sales presentations and proposals.

  • Providing product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; forwarding information; answering questions.

  • Coordinating and entering requests for charting or assisting with the charting function.

  • Coordinating and entering requests for conceptual (sample) art for the AEs.

  • Maintaining customer database or CRM by inputting customer profiles and updates; preparing and distributing reports.

  • Tracking sales expenses by consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.

  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

  • Post
    - Contract:

  • Coordinating and monitoring ongoing activities and internal communications related to advertising campaigns to ensure on-time and contractual campaign execution while delivering excellent customer service.

  • Informing Account Executives and customers about the current status of advertising campaigns.

  • Coordinating, managing, reviewing campaign progress, and delivering client installation and proof of performance information.

  • Coordinating and/or obtaining client approval on artwork.

  • Coordinating and communicating panel locations in  to be determined  situations.

  • Resolves problems during campaigns by investigating, identifying solutions, and notifying AEs, managers, and customers.

Qualifications
  • Excellent command of the English language.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail applications.

  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

  • Poise, tact, and diplomacy in professional settings.

  • Ability to timely and accurately enter and compile data.

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Creativity, initiative, and commercial awareness.

  • Knowledge of common public relations practices.

  • Strong written (email) and verbal communication skills.

  • Systematic, detail-oriented, and highly organized work style.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Education and experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles.

  • Experience in data management and Gmail preferred.

  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
