Turf Route Specialist

Compensation

$50, depending on experience, plus bonuses.

As a Turf Route Manager, you will manage a route of 400–500 customers, delivering turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control and other lawn care services while ensuring excellent account management and customer service.

• Manage and maintain a route of 400–500 residential and commercial lawn care customers.
• Perform weed control, fertilization and other turf treatments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and account management.
• Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients.
• Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in the green or agricultural industry preferred.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in agronomy, turfgrass or agricultural sciences is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and DOT certification required.
• State‑issued pesticide applicator license (turfgrass) required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
