About the RoleA client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Capital Equipment Sales Representative for a developmental program designed for an early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in technical and capital equipment sales. In this role, you will receive hands-on training while developing product knowledge, learning customer applications, and supporting the sales process alongside experienced professionals. You'll gain valuable field experience through customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and travel, building the technical and sales skills needed to manage your own territory.
Advancement within the program is milestone-based and driven by demonstrated technical knowledge, sales aptitude, customer relationship skills, and overall performance.
