The Community Marketing Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in the Springfield-Branson, Missouri area. This role focuses on promoting vacation ownership and membership offerings within the local community, including engaging with prospective guests at partner locations, events, and tourist venues. Daily responsibilities include initiating conversations with potential customers, presenting company products and services, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales efforts through effective on-site marketing.
The Community Marketing Agent will collaborate with sales and resort teams, maintain accurate records of interactions, and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves participating in ongoing training, adhering to brand standards, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear, engaging verbal interaction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to create welcoming, helpful, and professional guest experiences.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, persuasive presenting, and basic negotiation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales & Marketing skills to effectively represent brand offerings and participate in continuous learning.
- Ability to work on-site in the Springfield-Branson, Missouri area, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfort interacting with diverse guests in high-traffic leisure and tourism environments.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools or lead-tracking systems and standard office software.
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or promotional marketing is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, hospitality, or related fields is an asset.
