• 5‑day work week and approximately 45 hours per week

• Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
• Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guests’ wants and needs
• Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
• Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success

• State‑of‑the‑art technology including Google Suite and video communication software; the ability to be knowledgeable and savvy with these technologies is a must.
• Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; our training program teaches the Leta Way and sets you up for success regardless of your background.
• A growth mindset and a belief that failures are nothing more than learning opportunities
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license (required)
