Role

This is a field-based sales position supporting Abb Vie's therapeutic areas, including immunology, oncology, and neuroscience, primarily focused on building customer relationships and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.

• execute brand strategies, develop and implement call plans, manage key customer accounts, and gather market intelligence to optimize brand performance;
• build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and develop disease state expertise;
• meet or exceed KPIs related to sales, market share, and customer engagement.

• bachelor's degree in health, science, pharmacy, or related field preferred;
• minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years in pharmaceutical sales;
• proven success in sales, excellent presentation and influencing skills, and ability to adapt selling approaches to customer behavior.

• experience in therapeutic areas such as immunology, oncology, or neuroscience;
• knowledge of healthcare industry credentialing;
• proficiency in business tools and strategic thinking.
