As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide exceptional customer service.

Pay Rate: $16.48 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and visitor authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access and visitor logs.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access at gates and receiving areas, communicate with site personnel regarding deliveries, and direct authorized traffic according to site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized entry and report unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
