Overhead Door Company of Springfield™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking Residential Garage Door Installers and Technicians to work in Springfield and surrounding areas (Branson, Nixa, Ozark, Shell Knob). We are willing to train. Must be able to safely lift 100 lbs. overhead, hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and be willing to travel within the Springfield area.
Responsibilities- Install, service, and repair residential garage doors and door hardware.
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
- Operate in a safety‑conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by Manager.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role or a role that required mechanical aptitude (preferred).
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Pay: $21.00 per hour, based on experience.

- Paid time off: 13 days accrued annually during the first year; 16 days accrued during the second year.
