Position:
Energy Construction Crew Member New Higher Hourly Wage Cover Letter and Resume Required Final date to receive applications:
February 26, 2026 at 4 PM Weatherization Program, Springfield, MO Work Status:
Hours Full time (40 Hrs) Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm Responsibilities
- Follow work orders
- Install and repair infiltration materials such as doors, windows, insulation (attic, floor, walls, and ducts)
- Perform general air sealing measures
- Work with Crew Chief, Crew Supervisor, and clients
- Operate hand power tools and equipment – all tools provided
- Guaranteed 4‑day 40‑hour work week regardless of weather with no weekends
- Will train
- Starting salary: $18.00/hour
- Vacation pay
- Sick pay
- Paid holidays
- $701 employer‑paid medical per month
- $30.96 employer‑paid dental insurance per month
- HS Diploma/GED
- Current resume
