Role Overview
Our current opening is for a Security Field Engineer/Technician. Technician will be responsible for providing customers with the highest quality of service possible in an efficient and timely manner while assuring customer satisfaction.
As a Security Field Engineer (Technician), you will:- Service product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-up of systems.
- Use a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Identify, analyze, and diagnosis systems and products at customer’s location.
- Perform maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
- Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Regular travel requirements with occasional stays - 25%.

- Excellent communication skills are essential, as the ideal candidate can clearly explain technical concepts to customers and provide professional, timely updates. They are organized and disciplined in documenting work, managing schedules, and prioritizing tasks across multiple job sites.
- This individual is adaptable and flexible, willing to travel as needed and support occasional overtime or weekend work. A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction is at the core of everything they do.
Associate’s degree from a two‑year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check
