Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Skills and willingness to perform heavy labor duties on an environmental remediation site – hand‑digging, using small tools, installing erosion control materials & safety fence, lifting and moving materials by hand, spotting for heavy equipment and trucks, sweeping and cleaning, etc.
- Maintain a safe work area.
- Communicate and work with the Project Support staff – QCM, SSHO, Superintendent.
- Communicate and professionally represent the Employer with property owners and the public.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications- Entry Level (preferred 1+ years of demonstratable experience working on Hazardous Waste Sites).
- Has completed the OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER training.
- Has a current 8‑hour Annual HAZWOPER Refresher training.
- Has completed a 10‑hour OSHA Construction Safety Course.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written).
- Skills & experience in using hand tools – hammers, sledgehammers, shovels, picks, brooms, wheelbarrows, etc.
- Skills & experience in using powered small tools – saws, drills, pumps, air compressors, jackhammers, etc.
- Skills & experience in completing small repair tasks – removing/reinstalling chain link fence, brick pavers, shrubs and flowers, etc.
- Ability to complete and file paperwork in an organized and legible form.
