Job Description:Field Installer
Primary Duty:
The Field Installer's main function is to assemble dock product and install boat lifts.
Status:
At-will employee, full-time, non-exempt
Supervision:
Supervision is by the Field Service Manager.
Conditions of Employment:
Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check. Candidate must meet the requirements of the full job description throughout the duration of employment with Mari Corp U.S. and must follow all policies outlined in the employee handbook.
- Performs other duties, as required by the company.
Travel: 75%-100% of work involves out of town travel.
Technical
Experience:
Experience working in a production environment is helpful. Required Education and
Certifications:
Supervisory Responsibility:
No supervisory responsibility for other employees. Company effectiveness depends upon a strong teamwork environment.
- Knowledgeable in materials used on job sites.
- Ability to identify any quality issues or defects in materials.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.

Physical Requirements- Seeing:
Must be able to see well enough to see computer screens and read documents and measurements. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have 20/20 vision (with or without correction). - Hearing:
Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with vendors, customers, and other employees. - Sitting:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. - Standing/Walking:
Must be able to move about production floor. - Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling:
Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up products and construction materials. - Lifting/Pulling/Pushing:
Lifts, pulls, pushes, sorts, and carries supplies and equipment up to 75 lbs or more. - Grasping/Feeling:
Must be able to grasp and use construction equipment and power tools.
Primary work locations are driving on various roads, interstates, and other routes and construction work and planning on docks and marinas on lakes. Work is generally performed between 8 and 5. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately high due to the operation of power tools.
