Location: Jackson, Wisconsin Area

Sure-Fire Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Jackson, Wisconsin area. Sure-Fire is a third-generation, family-owned and operated contractor based in Horicon, Wisconsin. Having recently acquired an HVAC business in the Jackson area, we are looking to add an additional installation technician with opportunities to expand into the service department.

• Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide exceptional customer service while onsite, addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling products and services to customers.
• Assist in generating leads and cultivating relationships with potential clients to support business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

• Proven experience of 1-3 years as an HVAC Service or Installation Technician, with a strong understanding of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Possess relevant certifications such as a Universal EPA license.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

• Competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience direct-deposited weekly. Additional incentives including spiffs, commissions, and bonuses based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Rotating weekends
• Year round work
