Job Title: Field Installer (Travel Required)

Location: Springfield, MO (Travel Required)

• Base (Shop/Non-Travel): $18.00–$20.00/hour
• Field Pay (While Traveling): $25.00/hour

Job Type: Full-Time

CMC is seeking dependable and versatile Field Workers to support a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects. This role involves hands‑on work across multiple trades—including plumbing, electrical, masonry, mechanical systems, and HVAC—on active jobsites. Work is performed both locally and in the field, with travel required for extended periods depending on project needs.

• Perform work across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, masonry, mechanical systems, and HVAC
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and components
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other trades
• Adapt to varying jobsite conditions and project requirements
• Travel to job sites and remain on location as required
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams and personalities

• General knowledge or experience in multiple construction trades preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Willingness and ability to travel for work assignments
