* What We’re Looking For:

** We’re hiring experienced HDD Locators to support directional drilling and underground utility construction projects.
** Responsibilities:
*** Locate and guide HDD / directional drilling operations
* Track drill head location, depth, pitch, and bore path
* Communicate with drill operator during active bores
* Read and interpret utility maps, locates, and job layouts
* Support bore setup and jobsite preparation
* Identify and protect existing underground utilities
* Assist with potholing/hand digging around live utilities as needed
* Help maintain proper bore alignment and depth
* Support installation of fiber, telecom, gas, water, and sewer
* Follow all safety procedures and damage prevention practices
** Requirements:
*** 1+ year HDD locating, directional drilling, excavation, or underground utility experience
* Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record preferred
* Experience using locating equipment such as Digitrak, Subsite, or similar preferred
* Ability to read utility maps and job layouts
* Strong communication with drill operators and crew members
* Strong safety awareness and damage prevention mindset
* Able to pass drug screen and background check
